Our Shipping Process

We provide next-day local delivery for all orders received in the Cincinnati, Ohio area (for orders received Sunday - Thursday). Orders received over the weekend will be delivered Monday afternoon.

We offer two-day shipping nationwide on all orders outside the Cincinnati area. All orders received Friday - Sunday will be shipped first thing Monday morning.

We do everything we can to ensure your plant will arrive safely to you. We place wood or paper fibers between the soil and foliage to prevent the soil from spilling. A plastic bag and zip-tie are used to secure your plant, and then we wrap your plant in packing paper before placing it in the box to travel to you!

Our goal is for you to be as happy as possible with your plant purchase. The whole point of plants is to make people happy, so if you're not happy for any reason, then neither are we! We will either issue a refund or deliver a replacement plant if you have any issues within seven days of your purchase.
