The Curly Spider Plant (Botanical name Chlorophytum comosum) is native to tropical South Africa. The plant gets its name from the ribbon-like leaves that it produces, which grow up and outward, ultimately curling in on themselves. The plant is also called the Ribbon Plant, Spider Ivy, or Spider Plant Bonnie.

Curly Spider Plants are very popular houseplants, as they have air-purifying benefits and are relatively easy to care for.

These are great for hanging plant baskets, or to set on a sunny shelf that has room for the plant to spread out! Be prepared, Curly Spider Plants also grow rather quickly!

Our Shipping Process

We provide next-day local delivery for all orders received in the Cincinnati, Ohio area (for orders received Sunday - Thursday). Orders received over the weekend will be delivered Monday afternoon.

We offer two-day shipping nationwide on all orders outside the Cincinnati area. All orders received Friday - Sunday will be shipped first thing Monday morning.

We do everything we can to ensure your plant will arrive safely to you. We place wood or paper fibers between the soil and foliage to prevent the soil from spilling. A plastic bag and zip-tie are used to secure your plant, and then we wrap your plant in packing paper before placing it in the box to travel to you!
