Our Shipping Process

We provide free next-day local delivery for all orders received in the Cincinnati, Ohio area (for orders received Sunday - Thursday). Orders received over the weekend will be delivered Monday afternoon.

We offer free two-day shipping nationwide on all orders outside the Cincinnati area. All orders received Friday - Sunday will be shipped first thing Monday morning.

We do everything we can to ensure your plant will arrive safely to you. We place wood or paper fibers between the soil and foliage to prevent the soil from spilling. A plastic bag and zip-tie are used to secure your plant, and then we wrap your plant in packing paper before placing it in the box to travel to you!
